Description – NOBLE manufacture’s a Low Profile Precast Plant that can produce Wet or Dry Cast Concrete. The plant is expandable with optional Aggregate and Cement Storage compartments.  DHE Inc. also represents the Rapid International line of Pan, Planetary and Twin Shaft Mixers.  Precast mixers are also available for plant retrofit projects.
