This week, the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association convened their newest member group the Small Producer Council (SPC) which is aimed at directly supporting smaller producers through association networks. All producers start as small producers, which is why we encourage anyone curious to look further into it. From industry networking to leading industry conversations focused on small producers to lessons learned across geographies and in different markets, there is a lot of potential for realized value for not just small but ALL producers. 
James Schelzi of Woburn Redi Mix Concrete of Massachusetts will act as representative for the council, which had its inaugural meeting recently.
As a small business, DHE is proud of the history and projects we have accomplished over our 40+ years. We have gotten to where we are today by working with producers of all sizes, and recognize the need for small producers to have a space for their voices and opinions within the whole of the industry. Therefore, we greatly recognize the value in additional industry resources and enablement for any producers, especially those on the smaller end of the spectrum.
