NEW - BIBKO Pre-assembled Filter Press displayed at 2025 Bauma Show

June 10, 2025

Bibko® Recycling Technologies GmbH is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and set a special highlight at this year's Bauma show. The company, which has been a leading manufacturer of residual concrete recycling plants since it was founded in 1985, presented a completely pre-assembled chamber filter press, one of its proven core products.

"Bauma is the most important trade fair for us," explains Frank Häussermann, managing director of Bibko® Recycling Technologies GmbH. "For our 40th anniversary, we deliberately opted for a larger and more eye-catching presentation to give our customers a comprehensive impression of the quality and efficiency of our products."

Efficient solution for increasing challenges in the concrete industry.

The chamber filter press is playing an increasingly important role in the industry with increased density and excess residue water. A distinction is usually made between two application

Application 1: Excess water - If the amount of residual water is too high, the chamber file press is used to produce filtered water (filtrate) from excess residual water. This filtered water is immediately reused concrete production.
Application 2: Increased density - If the density in the residual water tank rises above a specified value, the chamber filter press is used to lower the density in the residual water tank and keep it within the desired range.  For this purpose, the residual water is channeled back into the residual water tank as filtered water (filtrate), thus reducing the density.

Pre-assembled for fast installation - The chamber filter press is supplied as a pre-assembled unit in a container. For customers, this not only means considerable time savings during installation, but also simplified commissioning. "Even a classic product can be rethought and made even more user-friendly through innovative approaches," continues Häussermann.

Efficiency package as a further innovation - Another highlight at this year's bauma was the presentation of the newly developed and patented Bibko efficiency package.  By adjusting the agitator running times depending on the residual water density, significant cost savings are achieved for the customer. In addition, the current density values in the residual water tank are available to the customer at all times for evaluation and processing.
