NOBLE Aggregate Loader Hoppers are unique in size and versatility.  In addition to a steeper pitch then typical for the aggregate industry, the corners are also removed by adding plate to the 90 degree angle to create a relieving 45 degree angle.  If a customer still needs additional relief for wet or dirty sand, it is recommended to cut a small “V” in the striker plate to allow the material to cascade through the hopper opening.  When creating the “V” start small and open up as needed for all applicable materials.  3/8” round material will typically be your fastest flowing material.  We also include a vibrator mount on the hopper in cases that an air or electric vibrator is required.
