How to change out the Air Slide Polyveyor on a CON-E-CO Concrete Batch Plant
October 10, 2024The CON-E-CO LoPro 427 Mobile Concrete Batch Plant uses Air Slides to increase the plant cement storage. The Air Slides incorporate a Polyveyor membrane to aerate the cement and move it forward on the 7 degree decline. This membrane needs to be replaced depending on plant production.
-Unbolt flanges capturing airslide material -Remove old airslide material -Remove and clean all old caulk residue from flanges.

-Caulk both side of steel flange. Using: DAP Gutter & Flashing Caulk
-Sandwich airslide material between flanges and bolt together.
