The equipment we sell is only as good as the maintenance behind it. That's why we built the DHE Inc. Maintenance app — a free maintenance logging app for concrete batch plant operators, now live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
No subscriptions, no per-seat fees, no catch. We build and support plants, and we want them running.

Own DHE equipment? Your access code unlocks everything.  If you own DHE, NOBLE, Fibo Collect, or BIBKO equipment, a customer access code unlocks the full experience for your exact machine — the complete parts catalog, your equipment's maintenance log, and preloaded manuals.  Getting one is easy: tap Request Access Code in the app and tell us about your equipment. We'll verify ownership and email your code — no cost, no paperwork. And if you ever replace your phone, your code and company info restore automatically on reinstall.

Don't own DHE equipment? No problem — the app is still free to use for daily checklists, reports, and reminders on any plant.

Why we built it
After 40+ years supporting concrete plants, we've seen the same story play out: the plants that get a consistent daily walk-around run for decades. The ones that don't, don't. But paper checklists get lost, skipped, and buried in the office — and nobody wants to haul a binder up a batch plant.
So we put the whole routine on your phone.

What it does
Guided checklists for your exact plant. Pick your plant type — Noble, Bibko, CON-E-CO, Rexcon, or Fibo Collect — and the app loads the recommended maintenance tasks at the right intervals: daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual. No generic filler, just what your equipment actually needs.
Automatic reports to your plant manager. When the daily checks are done, a completed report emails straight to your manager — no extra steps for the operator. Found a problem? Snap a photo and it goes in the report.
Parts identification and one-tap quotes. The built-in photo parts catalog covers CON-E-CO, Rexcon, and Noble plants. Find the part by picture, tap once, and a quote request comes straight to our parts desk. No more describing "that valve on the left side of the air panel" over the phone.
Manuals in your pocket. Equipment manuals are viewable right in the app, so the answer is at the plant — not back in the office.
Works offline. No signal in the batch tower or out at a remote site? Everything keeps working and syncs when you're back online.
Maintenance reminders. The app notifies you when maintenance is due, so nothing slips through a busy week.
