Having just returned this week from the Chico State CIM Spring meeting, I just wanted to take a moment and share with you all the incredible opportunities this program has to offer to enrolling students and to the Concrete Industry. 

CIM (Concrete Industry Management) is a 4-year management program that provides the graduate with the disciplines of concrete technology + a business administration degree.  Originally founded by local Concrete Producers 13 years ago, the industry continues to contribute directly to the coarse curriculum and invest in the program through student scholarships and financial contributions.  This local industry investment has created one of the highest 4-year graduation rates in the CSU system and lowest average student debt amounts in the country.

DHE Inc.’s own Cody Stauffer is a graduate from the Chico State program and now heads up our Southern CA/NV and AZ Territory for Concrete Batching Equipment.  I’m also proud to share with you all that my nephew Bry Bowen will be graduating from the program this spring and has accepted a job offer by CEMEX to enter into their professional talent development program.
