The BMH EG-10MX will be supported on concrete blocks (concrete block by others, at the customer’s charge).  No foundations required.

Aggregate storage bin, four (4) compartments, 2.1 m (7’-0’’) wide x 14.5 m (47’-6”) long, with 100 tonne (2,200 ft³) total heaped capacity.  Aggregate storage bin extension, four (4) compartments, 3 m (10’-0”) wide x 14.2 m (46’-6”) long, with 100 tonne capacity to bring the total capacity of the aggregate storage bin to 200 tonne (4,400 ft3) total heaped capacity.

Aggregate weigh hopper, 9 m³ (12 yd³), 18,000 kg (39,600 lb) capacity, including air vibrator with solenoid valve and air piping.  Hopper is lined with 1/4” thick AR 450 BHN steel in the conical section.

Cement storage bin, single compartment, 55 tonne capacity (1,510 ft³), 1.8 m (6’-0’’) wide x 12.5 m (41’-0’’) long. One (1) TD-16V dust collector, shaker type, with 19 m² (210 ft²) cloth area. One (1) Screw conveyor under the cement bin, 300 mm (12’’) diameter x 6.9 m      (22’-7’’) long, with 18.5 kW (25 hp) motor and inspection doors.

Cement weigh hopper, 9 m³ (12 yd³), 3,800 kg (8,360 lb) capacity, including air vibrator with solenoid valve and air piping.

Screw conveyors, 300 mm (12”) diameter x 4.3 m (14’-1’’) and 13.1 m (43’-0’’) long, with    15 kW (20 hp) and 22 kW (30 hp) TEFC motors, V-belt drives, V-belt guards, intermediate hard iron bearings and inspection doors.

Air compressor, 11 kW (15 hp), including V-belt guard, 120 gallon tank, automatic air pressure control, air filter, air dryer, lubricator, pressure regulator with gauge and all on-plant piping installed and adjusted.

Aggregate belt conveyor, 1,060 mm (42’’) wide x 12.9 m (42’-2”) long, with 37 kW (50 hp) motor, folding mechanism for transport, Dodge speed reducer with V-belt drive, lagged head pulley, 100 mm (4’’) diameter troughing idlers at 1.2 m (4’-0’’) c/c, 1,060 mm (42’’) ribbed belt, 3 plies, screw take-up, emergency pull cord switch, zero speed switch, cold vulcanized belt splice, and self-cleaning type pulley at tail and skirt board to prevent spillage.

Magnetic water meter, 100 mm (4”), with pulse generator calibrated at 5 liters per pulse.

Power panel 575 V, with 15.2 m (50’-0’’) cable, all quick connect plugs to the control panel and mounted in a NEMA 12 cabinet.

Computerized Batch Control System - Expandable PLC with necessary input/output modules including NEMA cabinet and emergency switch. IBM compatible workstation Intel Core i5, including one (1) 22’’ LCD monitor, one (1) laser printer, one (1) mouse, one (1) keyboard and Ethernet network adaptor.
