RV and RVR gravity Rotary Valves consist of a cast iron or stainless steel tubular body, a horizontal rotor closed by two lateral discs and a rotor divided into compartments having a V-cross-section. They have an inlet spout which may be square, as in RV, or round, as in RVR. The outlet spout is always square. RV and RVR Rotary Valves can be equipped with different types of drive units.
