A Southern California producer needed a portable plant to meet its growing demand in producing concrete pavers.  A NOBLE 2 yard precast plant was selected to meet the local building department restrictions.  The cement silo, aggregate weigh batcher and Rapid mixer were designed as a portable piece of equipment and was not connected to the concrete foundation.  Two 30″ X 90′-0″ concrete conveyors were also provided to deliver the concrete into an existing warehouse for production.  Color and Admixtures were dispensed directly into the mixer for added paver options.  Throughput of the plant was 20 yards per hour.
