Fibo Collect is an automated concrete & aggregate dispensing station that allows drive-through customers to purchase freshly prepared and documented concrete, mortar & screed, and aggregates in just the required amounts. With load sizes as small as .20 Cubic Yards, small contractors, landscapers, farmers, builders, and DIYs can all benefit from on demand supply in quantities suitable to their projects. After choosing the amount of product desired, customers pay by credit card, bar code, or account-tied RFID tags via an easy-to-use, intuitive touch screen. Within minutes the product is dispensed from a conveyor belt, into a truck or trailer and a customizable receipt is printed at the terminal.
Minimizing construction waste.
The F-models come mounted on a steel frame and are easily transported by trailer and lifted into place. Once onsite, the plant can be setup in just a few hours by connecting electricity, water, and any additional equipment. Then, load the hoppers, set the recipe, and start producing concrete. Based on the volumes and types of concrete a community requires, different sizes of Fibo Collect batching plants are available.
