Per today’s CBC code for foundation and structural design, Portable and Stationary Concrete Batch are the same definition.  Concrete Batch Plant modules that are towed to a site are portable while plant modules that are shipped on a trailer are stationary.  Both plants are designed to be fixed attached to a Concrete Foundation.

A Mobile Concrete Batch Plant is a temporary Concrete Batch Plant that is not required to be attached to a concrete foundation.
