Description - C.S.Johnson 630 6 Yard Portable Concrete Batch Plant with Semiautomatic Manual Controls and Load Cell read outs.  50 Ton Loader Fed Three Compartment aggregate bin storage, 250-300 BBL Cement Storage with 12” diameter X 25 HP Cement Screw to feed 6 Yard Cement Weigh Batcher.  Cement Silo and Weigh Batcher includes Dust Vents.  2” Badger Water Meter with 2” Water line to head box with 6 admix couplings.  30” X 15 HP Batch Transfer Conveyor with 5 HP X 80 Gallon Air Compressor. Plant is mobile and non-seismic design and construction

ADD - $2,500.00 / Month - Command/Alkon COMMANDbatch automatic batch controls with ticket printing.  Includes startup and training.  Minimum 8 consecutive month rental required.

ADD - $3,500.00 / Month - 40 Ton Three Compartment Aggregate Bin Extension with 3 Position Turn-head, 24”X80’-0” Material Conveyor and 10X12 Loader Feed Hopper.  Includes Remote Turn-head controls and light bar. Minimum 8 consecutive month rental required.

ADD - $3,800.00 / Month - 6,500 CFM Mixer Truck Dust Collector with Truck Shroud.  Manual clean out of collected material.  Minimum 8 consecutive month rental required.
