Description - C.S.Johnson 630 6 Yard Portable Concrete Batch Plant with 250-300 BBL Cement Storage with 12” diameter X 25 HP Cement Screw to feed 6 Yard Cement Weigh Batcher.  Cement Silo and Weigh Batcher includes Dust Vents.  2” Badger Water Meter with 2” Water line to head box with 6 admix couplings.  30” X 15 HP Batch Transfer Conveyor with 5 HP X 80 Gallon Air Compressor. Plant is mobile and non-seismic design and construction

Used 24” X 100’-0” Material Conveyor with Catwalk from grade and 10X12 Loader Hopper.  Plant 3 position turn-head and 3 compartment aggregate bin storage extension for 90 ton total plant storage capacity.

New Command/Alkon COMMANDbatch Automatic Batch Controller with order entry and ticketing.  Includes one moisture probe and 100’0 moisture probe cable.  3 days of startup training by CommandAlkon included.
